Andres Paz is the Founder of Latinos239, a multifaceted initiative dedicated to connecting and empowering Hispanics in Southwest Florida. As the CEO of Latinos239 Media, he oversees a dynamic portfolio of ventures — all designed to uplift, inform, and support the Hispanic community. Additionally, as Executive Director of the Latinos239 Foundation, he leads efforts to advance economic and social empowerment by focusing on employment and entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, legal assistance, and housing.
In 2024, Latinos239 was honored with the Emerging Business Award at the Distinguished Entrepreneur Awards of SWFL, hosted by the Florida SBDC at FGCU during National Small Business Week. This prestigious recognition celebrates the innovation, advocacy, and excellence of small businesses in Southwest Florida. The award reflects the growing impact of Latinos239’s mission and its role in strengthening the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
A passionate marketing professional, Andres holds a BS Cum Laude in Management Science with a concentration in Marketing from Kean University. With over 18 years of experience, he has held key roles as a Marketing Consultant for Fort Myers Broadcasting, Renda Broadcasting, Glades Media, and Media Vista Group. During his time at Media Vista, he worked alongside Orlando Rosales and Mayela Rojas to manage operations and sales for five media properties, including D’Latinos and Univision SWFL.
Beyond his professional career, Andres has dedicated more than 15 years to community service, volunteering with over 25 organizations including the Leadership Collier Foundation, Blue Zones Project, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, and Youth Haven. His impact spans business development, environmental conservation, and youth education, strengthening the Southwest Florida community in meaningful ways.
His commitment to service has earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as one of Gulfshore Business’ and Naples Herald’s 40 Under 40, and the prestigious 2021 Citizen of the Year Award from Naples Daily News & SWFL Inc.
